Gala Cleaner Eco is used for the instant ecological treatment of TIG, laser, resistance, orbital, plasma and discontinuous welds. The Gala Cleaner ECO system, by means of an instant electrochemical reaction, guarantees the pickling, passivation and polishing of any stainless steel weld, regardless of the surface condition, without loss of time, without halos and in complete safety for the operator.
Gala Cleaner Eco is the lightest and most manoeuvrable machine in the Gala Cleaner series. Thanks to the Inverter technology, it guarantees a real efficiency of 96% (instead of 44% for machines using a transformer), it is equipped with a patented torch with integrated manual dosing tank and a panel to easily reach the least accessible points.
Gala Cleaner Eco, like all machines of the Gala Cleaner range, is compatible with the marking accessory and the EDM located in stainless steel, by acquiring the optional marking accessory.
